My name is Yuhan Du, I am a PhD student in University College Dublin (UCD) School of Computer Science. This survey is being conducted as part of my PhD, in collaboration with UCD Perinatal Research Centre.
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) to predict the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in women with overweight and obesity. It will take roughly 5-10 minutes. You will answer a short survey about your opinions using the CDSS with real clinical cases, regarding system outputs and explanations.

You have been invited to take part in this study because you work or have worked in a clinical setting with pregnant women who have or may develop GDM. Taking part in this research is completely voluntary and anonymous. Future healthcare providers and pregnant women may benefit from you taking part in this survey, because the goal of this CDSS is to assist in the easier risk assessment and more targeted interventions for patients.
